2. CONFIRM BOOKING
To confirm the date and time of your preferred massage. At this point discuss any health concerns that you have with Jo.
3. COMPLETE E-DOCUMENTATION
This e-document is for insurance purposes and includes contact details, medical history and Data Protection forms. Please let Jo know if you require these in an alternative format.
4. MAKE
PAYMENT
Upon completion of e-documentation. Jo will send you an invoice which can be paid electronically or by bank transfer.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
Massage bookings may be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours prior to the booking. Cancellations and amendments less than 24 hours before the appointment time may be charged at the full amount of the massage booked.
